WHY MINDFULNESS?


  • The day will consist of mindfulness practices to connect you to a feeling of calm.
  • It will explain how stress affects our bodies and what we can do improve our well being.
  • I will be teaching coping strategies to help people experience greater joy in their lives.
  • Come along and step off the treadmill for a few hours and learn some mindfulness techniques  to reconnect with this greater sense of peace in a frantic world?

These sessions will help life to become more manageable, to cope more easily with the unpleasant, whether it be pain, stress or general day-to-day busyness.  Make the pleasant more joyful so that life can become less stressful and experience greater calm; Watch a video about Mindfulness.
